This policy explains what data we collect, why, how long we keep it and what your rights are, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR \u2013 Regulation (EU) 2016\/679) and Luxembourg law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Data collected and purposes<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Contact requests<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you write to us via the contact form, by email or by phone, we process the data you provide (first name, last name, email address, phone number, content of your message) in order to respond to your request.<br>Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to requests sent to us, or the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Course registrations<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To manage your registration and the running of the course, we process your first and last name, contact details and, where applicable, your employer, job title and billing details. Participants\u2019 names may be passed on to the relevant trainer to organise the session and issue certificates of attendance.<br>Legal basis: performance of the contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Newsletter<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you subscribe to our newsletter, we keep your email address as well as the date and page of your subscription, which serve as proof of your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email or by writing to us.<br>Legal basis: your consent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Invoicing and legal obligations<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The data on our invoices and accounting documents is kept to comply with our accounting and tax obligations.<br>Legal basis: compliance with a legal obligation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Audience measurement and website security<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We use a website analytics tool hosted on our own server, which does not transmit any data to third parties. Technical data (IP address, browser, pages viewed) may also be recorded temporarily to ensure the security of the website and prevent abuse.<br>Legal basis: our legitimate interest in ensuring the proper functioning and security of the website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The use of non-essential cookies is subject to your consent, which is collected via the banner displayed on your first visit. You can change your choices at any time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Recipients of the data<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your data is intended exclusively for Maison Savoirs. It may be shared, strictly to the extent necessary, with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>our trainers, for the sessions you are registered for;<\/li>\n\n\n<li>our technical service providers: website hosting (OVH, France) and, where applicable, our newsletter sending tool;<\/li>\n\n\n<li>our fiduciary or chartered accountant, for bookkeeping;<\/li>\n\n\n<li>administrative or judicial authorities, where required by law.<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We do not sell or rent your data to third parties. Our service providers are located in the European Union. Should a transfer outside the European Union occur, it would be subject to the safeguards provided for by the GDPR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Retention periods<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>Contact requests: 3 years from the last exchange, unless a contractual relationship results from it.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Course participants\u2019 data: for the duration of the relationship, then 3 years from the last course attended.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Invoices and accounting documents: 10 years, in accordance with the Luxembourg Commercial Code.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Technical security data: 12 months maximum.<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Your rights<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time where processing is based on it. To exercise these rights, write to us at <a href=\"mailto:info@maisonsavoirs.lu\">info@maisonsavoirs.lu<\/a>. We will reply within one month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the <strong>Commission nationale pour la protection des donn\u00e9es (CNPD)<\/strong>, 15, boulevard du Jazz, L-4370 Belvaux \u2014 <a href=\"https:\/\/cnpd.public.lu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cnpd.public.lu<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Security<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access or disclosure (encrypted HTTPS connection, restricted access, regular updates).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Changes to this policy<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services or in regulations.
