This English version is provided for information purposes; in case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Purpose and scope<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These general terms and conditions of sale (\u201cT&amp;Cs\u201d) govern the training courses offered by <strong>Maison Savoirs SARL<\/strong>, 1, rue de la Colline, L-3911 Mondercange, Luxembourg, RCS Luxembourg B289694, VAT LU36280945 (\u201cMaison Savoirs\u201d), to any person, whether a private individual or a professional (the \u201cClient\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any registration implies unreserved acceptance of these T&amp;Cs. For tailor-made courses or courses organised on behalf of a company, the specific conditions set out in the quote or signed agreement prevail over these T&amp;Cs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Registration<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Registration is made by email to <a href=\"mailto:info@maisonsavoirs.lu\">info@maisonsavoirs.lu<\/a>, by phone on <a href=\"tel:+352691691271\">+352 691 691 271<\/a> or by post to the address above. It becomes final upon receipt of the written confirmation (by email) sent by Maison Savoirs. As places are limited, registrations are recorded in order of arrival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Prices<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prices are shown in euros on the website or in the registration confirmation. The applicable VAT is specified on the invoice. Unless otherwise stated, prices include the course and the teaching materials. Maison Savoirs reserves the right to change its prices at any time; the applicable price is the one in force on the date the registration is confirmed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Payment<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Payment is made by bank transfer upon receipt of the invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, the invoice is payable <mark>[TO BE CONFIRMED: before the start of the course, and no later than 14 days after it is issued]<\/mark>. In the event of late payment, Maison Savoirs may charge the late-payment interest provided for by Luxembourg law and, for professionals, the flat-rate compensation of EUR 40 for recovery costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Right of withdrawal (consumers)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In accordance with the Luxembourg Consumer Code, a Client who is a consumer has <strong>14 days<\/strong> from the confirmation of their registration to withdraw, without having to give reasons and without bearing any costs other than those provided for below. They simply need to send us an unambiguous statement (for example by email to info@maisonsavoirs.lu), using the model form at the end of this page if they wish. Any amounts paid are refunded within 14 days of receipt of the withdrawal, using the same means of payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the Client expressly requests that the course start before the end of the withdrawal period, they remain liable for an amount proportionate to the part of the course already attended at the time of withdrawal. They lose their right of withdrawal once the course has been fully attended.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This right of withdrawal does not apply to professional Clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Cancellation or postponement by the Client<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any cancellation must be notified in writing (by email). Apart from the right of withdrawal provided for in article 5, the following conditions apply <mark>[TO BE CONFIRMED]<\/mark>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>cancellation more than 14 days before the start of the course: free of charge;<\/li>\n\n\n<li>cancellation between 14 and 7 days before the start: 50% of the course price remains due;<\/li>\n\n\n<li>cancellation less than 7 days before the start, absence or withdrawal during the course: 100% of the price remains due.<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Client may be replaced by another person at any time, free of charge, by informing Maison Savoirs before the start of the course. A transfer to a later session may be granted, subject to availability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Cancellation or postponement by Maison Savoirs<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Maison Savoirs reserves the right to cancel or postpone a course, in particular if the minimum number of participants is not reached, if the trainer is unavailable or in the event of force majeure. The Client is informed as soon as possible and may choose between transferring their registration to another session or a full refund of the amounts paid, without any further compensation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Running of the courses<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Courses take place on the dates, at the times and in the places indicated in the registration confirmation. Participants undertake to respect the timetable, the rules of the venue and the other participants. A certificate of attendance is issued at the end of the course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Intellectual property<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The materials provided during the courses are protected by copyright. They are intended for the participant\u2019s personal use and may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without the prior written consent of Maison Savoirs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Liability<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Maison Savoirs is bound by an obligation of means in delivering its courses. Its liability may only be incurred in the event of proven fault and is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the course concerned, unless mandatory legal provisions provide otherwise. Participants remain responsible for their personal belongings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Personal data<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The data provided at registration is processed in accordance with our <a href=\"https:\/\/maisonsavoirs.com\/en\/privacy-policy\/\">privacy policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12. Complaints and mediation<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any complaint may be sent to <a href=\"mailto:info@maisonsavoirs.lu\">info@maisonsavoirs.lu<\/a>. In the event of an unresolved dispute, a Client who is a consumer may refer the matter free of charge to the <strong>Service national du M\u00e9diateur de la consommation<\/strong> (national consumer ombudsman), 6, rue du Palais de Justice, L-1841 Luxembourg \u2014 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mediateurconsommation.lu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.mediateurconsommation.lu<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">13. Applicable law and jurisdiction<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These T&amp;Cs are governed by Luxembourg law.
